Everyone should have received a new blue lidded bin for glass, plastics, metal and cartons, and two grey food waste bins, a small one for the kitchen and and a larger one for putting out for the bin collection each week. If you have not receive

The District Council need to know if you have not received your new bins. if not, please email: recycling@midsuffolk.gov.uk advising that you have not received your new bins/caddies, include the full address – if you have no internet access you can call the council on 0300 1234 000 (option 4).

 If you have not yet received the new blue-lidded bin:-

• put glass, plastics, metal, and cartons, along with paper and card, into your green-lidded bin.
• Until you receive your new food waste bin, continue to put food waste into the black refuse bin.
• Put out bins as per the new schedule
  • W/b June 1 – Blue Bins (no bin if no blue bin)
  • w/b June 8 – Black Bins
  • w/b June 15 – Green Bins
