Suffolk CC has been awarding £430K CIL funding to lucky projects in Tostock and Stowmarket:- 

Tostock Village Hall, Old Fire Station Community space in Stowmarket, accessibility features such as a lift for the John Peel Centre and an upgrade to the play provision in Creeting Road, Stowmarket. Composting toilet for Bedfield Parich Church and improvements to bridleways in the Akenham area.

CIL funds go to areas where development takes place. This is one reason why having a clear and well supported Neighbourhood Plan is so important in helping the village determine the nature of the development and the new facilities.
