Call for Volunteers: Spring Litter Pick Set for coming weekend Saturday 18th April

Residents of Badwell Ash and Long Thurlow are invited to join a community-wide litter pick this weekend to help keep the villages clean and welcoming.
The Parish Council is encouraging families, friends, and neighbours to come together to tidy up the local area in a collaborative community effort.
Litter picks will take place across both villages at the following times:
  • Badwell Ash: Saturday, 18th April, meeting at 9:45am at the Village Hall.
  • Long Thurlow: Saturday, 18th April, meeting at 9:45am at The Clamp, Cutcheys Field, IP31 3FY
The organisers will supply litter pickers, bags, and high-visibility vests. Volunteers are asked to wear sturdy footwear, bring their own gloves if they have them, and, most importantly, plenty of enthusiasm.
Whether you can spare a couple of hours or the whole morning, your help will make a visible difference in maintaining the beauty and safety of the villages.
