The White Horse Inn is a beautiful 16th century coaching inn, which contains many original features. During 2018/2019 the pub underwent an extensive refurbishment. We are a family friendly and dog-friendly pub, four legged friends are always greeted with a bowl of water and a dog treat.
Our restaurant "The Stable" is situated where the stables were in the original coaching inn. We installed bespoke stable partitions to make cosy dining sections and the decor has a distinct equestrian theme. Come and join us for one of our award-winning roasts on a Sunday or enjoy our gastro-style pub classics, chef specials or grazing menu Tuesdays to Saturdays. Private hire our Lounge Bar area, or we can cater for external events including weddings, corporate days and birthday parties. We will be on hand in the run up to your event, to make all the necessary arrangements. Our external catering services ‘Kairos Events’, range from buffet, BBQ and Spit-Roast to a full sit-down meal. External bars can be for a small village hall gathering to a large wedding or corporate event. You can choose from one of our standard set ups or we have the ability to design and build your bar to suit.
